i'm a french owner of a lotus 340r since 2 years, and i leave in south of france.
when i was young i was for 4 years in california and i loved this country
hope to come once in california with the 340r

Not from the factory, but I believe Reverie is making a CF top for it.

Without an air bag, you can have the option of a removable steering wheel. For security, it makes it hard for the thief to drive the car away when they can't steer...

sorry for no reponse sooner,but i had lotus fan at home for 5 days.
on the picture i have the removable steering wheel, that the reason why we can see it.
there is no hard top for the 340r ,but revery speaks about one at 8000 dollars
it's really a great car, with a wonderfull sound engine !!! the handel is fantastic and on track days it goes faster than a ferrari modena. the maintenance is important on the engine.
well i love it.
for usa only 8 340r have been homologate and sale.
