There's a factory set up used in the Sport 190 at least (I'm sure other racing versions too). You add the "A-frame" to the existing roll bar - this reinforces it from side to side, with the top of the "A" attaching to the top center of the roll bar. Then the diagonal bar is added to the set-up - it runs from the top of the "A" to the front outside of the passenger's foot well.
I don't know how much or anything, but you could contact LCU to find out about it. Or Lotus in the UK - it's sold out of the Lotus Motorsports area...
