Anyone have some instructions/parts list of the different components including screws, rivets, etc to put together the rear grill and license plate assembly?

Just keep removing fasteners. You really don't need instructions nor to need to remove rivets.

Anybody know the size of the rear license plate retaining bolts that go into the threaded holes?

The Parts Manual was a separate download from the Service Manuals. I don't think it was available as a download from the Lotus site. It was hard to find as I recall, but there should be a link somewhere. I'll try to find where I got mine.
