The foam seal (?) is oozing out from under the sill cover. Any idea how to fix w/o driving to the dealership?

The screws are to adjust the window angle.
The excess foam tape can be cut off.

The foam is homesick and wants to go back to Hethel, I used a scalpel to trim it off.
