Are panel gaps adjustable?

Interior Exterior

Q:
Is there any way to adjust the alignment of the body panels and adjust the gaps between them? Specifically:
- The gap between the top of the front clam and the lower side panel things right behind the front wheels
- The rocker panels (any way to pull them in so they don't stick out about 3/32" so they are even with the rear clam)?

Sure...there are many adjustments and shimmable areas. It's just time more or less.

Hmm... is there a shop manual out there for the Exige or does Lotus not make one available to the public? I see manuals listed for Esprit/Elan/Europa etc. in Lotus Garage's parts search but no Elise/Exige S2.... I guess I'm wondering if there is a diagram of how to do this or if someone has done it before and can describe how to do it?

There's a sticky post with the information on how to get to the manuals.
