I had a "professional" detailer detail my car's exterior a few weeks ago (to get all the black marks from race rubber off my paint). When I got it back, I noticed all these smudge/scratch marks about 2 inches in diameter. He tried to scrub off all the marks rather than using the proper solvent/chemical/soap to get them off. Yes, I was very upset. Any recommendation... someone who actually knows what he/she is doing? Thank you.
