Reverie Rear Wing
This has been on the front page of their site for awhile but the link was broken. They offer both straight (Motorsports style) and curved versions. You can choose the wingspan as well as where/how you want to mount it.
They've got CFD plots and other technical data on the linked page. I'm curious to know what airfoil was chosen or if its a custom airfoil.

I like how they presented a considerable amount of data. I wish more aftermarket providers coughed up this much info. I do wish that they could have tested the wing on the car to see how much downforce was lost due to the condition of the presented airflow on the Elise vs. the Exige vs. the theoretical case. Maybe it's there and I missed it.
