Q:
I want to add some Racing Stripes to my car. Is there anyone in the Washington DC, Maryland, or northern Virginia area that can do this?
My car is being repainted by Criswell Lotus and I would like to get racing stripes put on before I add the starshield. I've asked the guys at Criswell and they don't know where to send me.
Any ideas?

I spoke with Skip a couple of months ago and he will not install the racing stripes unless I buy an entire car protective film package from him. Unfortunately that's not an option because I've already paid for the Lotus starshield installation.
Since then I've been asking around and I'm having zero luck. Criswell said they knew a guy that could do it. But when he looked at the car, he said it couldn't be done on my car because of all the bends. He obviously didn't know what he was talking about because it's been done to numerous cars on this post.
So now I'm back my original question again. I need to find someone in the D.C./Baltimore/Annapolis area that can install some racing stripes. Does anyone know who I can hire to get this done?

Call up Yesteryear Motorsports in Elkridge, MD. I was going to have them do mine, but I chickened out on putting the stipes on.

Just spoke with Dave Zech at Zebra Stripes in NOVA. 571-233-4698. He does this kind of work. I am taking him my kit to install and will report back.

The car looks great. I am struggling with a decision LSS.....AR with white stripes or your car (pretty much). Did you have those put on before the starshield?
