Found a great container for the rear "shelf" behind the seats this past weekend at IKEA in Atlanta. It's made by LYCKLIG and is about 5"x15", zippers around the top and fits very snugly behind the seats (just in front of the net on touring pack cars). Should be great for storing wallets, change and other small items.
It's not available online (IKEA doesn't ship many small items at all) but I'll be going back down to IKEA around Christmas and can grab some if anyone is interested.
I'll post some photos of it in the car later on tonight.

That is great. I have to wait until November 15th when one is opening up in our area.

What department or section of the store did you find that in?

Small storage, around the whiteboards/corkboards & shelves. I wish I could remember the exact name but I'm not there enough to know the departments very well. In the Atlanta store it was just before lighting department.

It stays pretty well planted. The passenger seat (and driver seat if all the way back) pushes into it just enough to keep it from moving.

And it's only $2.99! Too bad you can't order it online.

Thats what I love about IKEA, pretty much everything is dirt cheap.

Cool, I'll look for it the next time I'm down there. FWIW, those names aren't who they're made by, it's the model or model line. Ikea makes all of the products.

How long before a vendor embroiders it and charges $75.99???

Keith, you're an evil man

I had a good friend of mine in Phoenix pick up one for me yesterday.
She picked up 10 other ones for herself and her delSol brethen - it supposedly works great for that car too

I went to Ikea today to get myself one...they only had tan...LOTS of tan. It's some sort of CD case as they identify it. In the small home storage area.

Finally got around to getting some photos of the container...
I know its a bad photo, but hopefully it gives some impression of how visible it is from the outside...
