Elise soft top material?

Interior Exterior

Q:
When I washed my car I noticed that the top didn't really repel the water, but just got wet. I have a can of Porsche Verdeckpfleger (convertible top conditioner... gotta luv those compound words). Anyhow it's supposed to be highly recommended stuff, but it says to use only on polyacrylic/polyester tops. The material on my old Boxster softtop had a similar feel to the Elise material, but I'd like a verification.
So what's the Elise soft top made of?
Thanks in advance

Mine gets wet as well, but nothing happens anyway

The soft top is made by these guys:
http://www.haartz.com/
They also make (?) Raggtopp convertible top care products... Yet another edit... no they don't.
EDIT: Here's an old thread that goes into a bit more detail regarding the material:

Thanks in advance The top material is multi-layered cloth. It doesn't have to bead up to be waterproof. Careful about what you use on it. The outer layer is not waterproof, but rather resistant to sunlight and other environmental hazards. Haartz recommends RaggTopp to clean and condition their products. You'll find that it won't bead after treatment either. Some conditioners will cause the materials to bond and actually reduce the waterproof nature of the fabric.

While it seems to be a polyacrylate cloth material, I'll take your advice and go with the RaggTopp. Thx

Be advised, RaggTopp makes 2 different types of cleaners/protectants for the 2 different main types of convertible tops. Sorry, I'm not sure which one is right for the Elise but I thought you should be aware of this.
I used RaggTopp on my previous S2000's replacement roof after 1 year of non protectant in the Dallas sun dried up my first roof and actually put a crack/hole in it. After the top was replaced under warranty, I purchased the correct RaggTopp for the S2000 and it kept the top looking brand new without any more troubles with sunlight.

I used 303 High Tech Fabric Guard. Water now beads. I used it on my interior carpet and trunk fabric as well.
