Q:
I am thinking of adding some stripes to give the appearance the Elise is longer then what it really is. Thanks
A:
Mmmm..NO
A:
I wouldn't do that. Doesn't seem to flow with the lines of the car. Why do you want the car to appear longer than it is?
A:
you're kidding, right?!?
A:
DON'T DO IT
That would have been nice around 1984 if you were a rapper (three stripe jogging suit).
A:
buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzz.
No. By the way, are you the guy from Miami with the yellow elise that was in that internet video with the yellow mustang and the porn?
A:
Two words: No
A:
Absolutely not.

You're thinking of transio.
And a big negatory on the stripes! But hey, it's your car. Run around and beat on it with a two-pound sledgehammer if you want to - won't affect me one bit.
A:
Please do the same for the driver's side. Make sure the door area is taped well too.
A:
Good God. No.
I gotta say that your concern that the Elise doens't look "long" enough is a little weird. It's small stature is a feature, not a bug .
A:
Go for it. Big up!
It accentuates the lines of the car. I'd make 'em wider, bolder too. The lines really match the fins.
A:
Selise, I was not in a porno (at least not yet). I was in a reality tv show last year. Shiflock, why do I want to make the elise appear look longer then it really is? "Longer is better" OK so 11 no's and 1 yes. The picture does not do it right. The lines would be tapered. Thanks for the feedback. At the moment no black stripes. Any ideas on how to make the elise appear longer with stripes/decals. Let me know. Thanks
A:
Eeek!
A:
yuck, no way
A:
blecccggghhh!

Dude..No If you want a TR7 go buy one. A lot cheaper. Go look at one and see the side graphic/body work. You'll see then.
Learn photoshop or try drawing your idea first to get an idea of what you want to do before working on the car. Craftsman ship helps here too.
Good luck!

Mmmm...How do I say this? NO.
A:
www.no.com
Don't actually click on that, it's just an Austin Powers joke.
A:
Here's the reference with added notes to highlight what I was describing.
As you can see, I don't think this is a good idea.

I apologize for the poor resolution...Did this really quick.
Top line reads: Added lines (similiar in gesture to your idea)
Bottom line reads: Original body feature.
As you can see your attempting to replicate a bad idea. And on a car with no such feature, If you did then you can at least say your trying to highlight the feature. Which some TR7 owners did in the past.
