Ok, seen the custom plate threads, what about a thread just for simple license frames. After seeing Micks "Follow me to waffle house" frame I've been thinking of replacing my Lotus of Atlanta one with something else. I prefer black to not stand out against the panel like some chrome job would. Been browsing ebay, havn't found anything too special. Was half tempted to get an SVT Ford one since half these rednecks around here swear Lotus is made by Ford anyway. lol. I'm just going to start agreeing and save myself the whole conversation.

14 pages of ebay listings (for black license frame) and that's the best I could come up with. Bummer.

I have been trying to find a decent plain black frame for years. The last one I got was anodized aluminum and the stupid holes didn't line up, not even with the plate!

There are plain black ones on ebay. I thought a carbon fiber one would be cool, but I could see some idiot stealing it.
