Has anyone broke down the weight increases and decreases from the various addition of the Touring Option? I hear the electrice windows are ligher. Thats nice. You have convenience and weight reduction. Win win situations. But the apparent 15lbs, where is it coming from? What sound deadening material is installed. I don't care for that, could it be pulled? Is the stereo upgrade just the head unit or speakers too?
Just trying to figure out what could be "reversed" on a touring option package to reduce the added weight of it.

Touring cars also have sill, underseat, and bulkhead carpet. As well as the leather trim and thicker headliner in the softtop.
