Clearly lowered, I have same wheel/tire combo on base suspension and he looks like he's sitting at least 1" lower.

Why in the world would anyone want to reduce the visibility of their tail and brake lights.

that's what I was wondering myself. Besides being illegal, done just for the cool looks I guess.
I bought brighter brake light bulbs from Daniel Stern after owning the car for two weeks...
