Q:
I can do the decal from Chrome vinyl, no problem. They will be individual letters just like the one on the rear, only larger. PM me.
A:
Don't forget that these sill plates DON'T FIT (unless they've changed, and I doubt it).
A:
Hey Shiftlock,
Do you have a pic of those installed?
A:
I finally got around to installing the Chrome Elise Logo Stickers that I got from SweetDaddyD. I like it - the front "plate" needed something and the Elsie logo fills in nicely. It comes sandwiched between two pieces of "paper". Peal one side off, and line up the other piece (with the letters "stuck" to it, and place it on the front plate. I then used my finger nail to rub each letter down and remove any air bubbles. Then I pulled the covering paper off my pulling it parallel to the front plate (make it do a sharp U-turn). The results are show below:

oooh that chrome will increase your laser cross section and make a few cops

Glad you like it Tim. Thanks for posting up the pic. Now if I ever get around to posting my reflective orange over chrome orange decal there. Barely noticeable during the day, very "phantom" but at night it illuminates when hit by light.

Tim & Keith...the chrome letters for the front plate area look pretty good. How much? and was it a problem to put them on straight from the single sheet?
A:
It's no problem to put them on straight. They come with a layer of application tape over the top of them, so that keeps the letters aligned as you expose the sticky side to apply them. Once applied then you peel off the application tape from the top and discard it. I charge $15 shipped and can do them in just about any color. I use only the best quality films so that makes a difference. Much like a filet mignon cost more than a burger, so is the case with an 8 year outdoor durable film or 3 year durable chrome rather than ultra cheap 6 month indoor/outdoor banner vinyl that 90% of places use. I've supplied them (and many other custom decals) to many members of this board who have been very happy with them.
I prefer paypal to sweetdaddydelicious@hotmail.com but will accept any other form of payment as well. PM me if you don't have paypal. Also, be sure to include size, color, and quantity with your payment. Between PM's here, my 2 e-mail accounts, Myspace, etc- it's not unusual to get over 100 e-mails a day sometimes. So trying to find what someone wanted a week later is like finding a needle in a haystack.

SweetD,
Mind posting those pics of YOURS. I am am getting a CO and would LOVE to see what it looks like. I will keep this in mind to order as I TOO think that the front need SOMETHING on that plate. I dont actually like the SILL, but these letters look nice IMO.
Thanks

I'll get to posting my orange reflective on orange as soon as I can. I've been in overdrive lately with running my reg. business and trying to raise some funds to donate to the red cross. I've been working tirelessly on two different promotions and trying to get the word out. At least I got hooked up with a publicist today that can help me If I get her print worthy stuff. Definately hard doing everything on your own. (left my house at 9:15 this morning, just got home after midnight, it's 1:00 now and I'm STILL working- and this isn't out of the ordinary) Now I'm working on another thing too to host a bikini contest with the proceeds being donated. The venue and girls are no problem, but it's just getting the word out to make it successful that's the hard part. I have a local model trying to handle that for me right now though. I'll get to downloading the pics when I can but these other things are just a bigger priority right now.
Elsewhere on the board if you seach for "Katrina" I have decals being sold with proceeds being donated. I can't get into custom colors and stuff on that, but if you would like to help a good cause and can settle for what I'm offering (plus you get double the amount) than by all means check it out.

Totally understand about the pics.. take your time. Just would like to see them before xmas.
Good luck with the business and Red Cross and modeling contest.

Thanx Keith...my license plate letters came out great

Thanks for posting the photo. The chrome looks great on the blue.
Finally, here is a photo of my reflective chrome orange insert on chrome orange. By day it's incognito and almost unoticeable, very "phantom" but by night it illuminates when hit by light, in the same way a reflector or a roadsign "lights up". The flash of my camera gives it a more of a white appearance but in reality it shows up a very cool metallic orange standing out by itself and "glowing" on the paint. Very cool when hit by a passing light because it just kind of flashes and then it's gone again. Sorry the pictures don't show it better. Perhaps today during our photoshoot for the prety girls with Elise thread I can get a pic without the flash to show it during the day, not a whole lot to see really. A better photographer than me will be taking these photos, and with a soon to be playmate in the photo it's not like anyone is going to see the elise logo anyway!
Edit: Here is an example of how incognito the above reflective decal is during the day. We did a pretty big photo session with the Elise last night so hopefully in the next day or so I'll have better photos of it. For now, here is one she gave back to me.

Here are a couple better photos showing what a reflective decal looks like during the day, then at night. I love how it blends in in daylight but really pops at night. You should be able to click on the thumbnails to see the pics bigger if you want to.

Bump. Anyone out there need any of these? Need to put some extra funds in my paypal account for a new motorcycle battery.

Can you match the finish of the rear Elise decal? It's kind of a metallic silver on my car but not chrome. let me know via PM and i'll boost your paypal account!

The one that I posted above (on my Chrome Orange) is slivery/chrome. It's close enough for me to match the factory lettering. Especially since it's on the opposite end of the car - it's not like you can look at both at the same time to tell if there is any minor differences in reflectivity.
No interest, yadda, yadda, yadda...

Who said I was putting it on the front Tim? But thanks for your astute observation!

Here's another job well done by SweetDaddyD again. The sticker turned out great as expected:
