The first picture below shows a non ProBax seat, notice the center insert only has stitching down the middle dividing it into 2 sections (left and right). Then notice the second picture below that shows a ProBax seat. It has two vertical stitchings dividng the center insert into three panels (left, center and right).

Basically, but there may be some overlapping on either side, I don't know for sure.

Did you ever figure this out Bluejae? I noticed mine does not have the tags. Exige delivered 5/06 with touring pack. My seats look just like yours. Did a search and came up with this thread. Sorry to bring it back, but I was kind of wondering the same thing?
