WTB or trade rear panel

Interior Exterior

Q:
Does anyone with an 06 Elise/Exige want to sell their rear panels or trade for 05 panels with the reflectors for added visibility? If someone is getting the panel eliminator to save weight or installing an Arquray exhaust you will not need the rear panel. E mail or PM me if you are interested.
A:
You can get similar reflectors from a bicycle shop foe a buck a piece.

You can get reflectors similar to what is on the doors but not really anything like what is on the rear.

There are small rectangulat ones that fit on the peddels and spokes. you might also want to check out JP Whittney, they have reflectors for all sorts of things such as trailers and such.

Thank you but I am trying to get rid of my reflectors without the ugly mounting holes. Ironically I can buy new 06 rear panels from Lotus for less than the panel eliminator kit.
A:
Ah..now I understand.......sorry about that. I was thinking you wanted the added visability.

Some people are wanting brighter tail lights for more rear visibility, but some other people want to reduce the rear visibility.

The reflectors are down low, and hardly noticeable (and all car have some kid of red reflectors back there - yes some are in the lights). Ignore them, enjoy driving the car, and enjoy the fact that the soccer mom driving the SUV while talking on the cell phone just might notice you a moment sooner with the extra reflectors...

Then again, maybe it's just me...

And you can make your own for about $10.
