As promised (threatened?) here is a picture of the installed parking brake boot from Alan Gun. It was a very quick installation. In fact it took less time to put the thing on than to determine the size of hex wrench to use. 2.5 mm by the way. The texture matches the shift boot, however it does have a much glossier finish, which should be easy to correct with a judicious application of one of my secret potions...

The boot can be made without the glossy finish. Check out the photo of mine at the top of the thread. Notice that mine is not quite as glossy as the stock shifter boot. The gloss was added as an attempt to get an exact match of the stock boot. If you prefer no gloss, my guess is you can request it that way,

I ordered new parts and had them cover them in Leather. I did the center console, HVAC surround, and the door sills.

Does anyone know the actual name of the red leather interior for the U.S. Elise? I am ordering a leather covered center console from Club111 and am having red stitching on black leather which I would like to match the interior.

I like the leather I was going to do carbon fiber but I call MAG and they are looking into it but do I get Red or black My Elise is Artic Silver wit Red Touring

I have the same set up (arctic silver with red int) and I ordered black leather with red stitching. There was a pic in another post and it looked really good IMO.

They where great and took care of everything. They shipped it to me when it was done
$250.87 for everything eg..console, boots, and the cup holder cig socket piece.
Also got the door pieces for 127.28 for the pair..

Well, not installed yet, but here are the pics. All for less than $1,000 shipped directly from Lotus UK. The price includes all new parts - I did not send in my own parts for the trim:
1. Console with black perforated leather, ruby red Alcantara shift and brake boots with beige stitching
2. Alcantara binnacle and shroud (3 pieces)
3. Alcantara climate control surround
3. Black perforated leather side pockets with red logo
4. Alcantara cloth large enough to cover my CF seat
All should be installed next week and will post more pics then.

The top of the pocket slips behind the door sill; the bottom is held down with a double-sided tape.

Looks great, I'm going to call the guys at Aston Martin, Boston and order black perforated with red stitching and red e-break and shift boot.
I called MAG and they never called back
