Made the call now the wait, 5 weeks pluse

I called MAG and they never called back I've called MAG countless times with no answer at the Hi-Line desk. Last time, I asked the gal who answered to get me a manager. I got the Audi service manager, & told him the issues. He said he'd have someone in Lotus service call me back right away. That was 3 weeks ago. I've had the same treatment over the past few years with an Esprit. Yet another reason I flew to Chicago, bought my Elise at FVMC, and drove it back to southern Ohio. Pardon the hijack...just a short sound-off.

those pieces you guys have look awesome!
A:
Well, not installed yet, but here are the pics. All for less than $1,000 shipped directly from Lotus UK. The price includes all new parts - I did not send in my own parts for the trim:
1. Console with black perforated leather, ruby red Alcantara shift and brake boots with beige stitching
2. Alcantara binnacle and shroud (3 pieces)
3. Alcantara climate control surround
3. Black perforated leather side pockets with red logo
4. Alcantara cloth large enough to cover my CF seat
All should be installed next week and will post more pics then.
Finally got the seat done. Here are some pics. I have not installed the sill pockets yet.

Some more...

Do you think it is possible to recover the steering wheel in alcantara? My objective would be to make it a bit thicker.

I think the tough parts are at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, but I'm sure it can be done. You might be better off with an aftermarket steering wheel...

That's probably true, unfortunately I'm trying to keep the airbag for now.

Did you order the sill pockets? Which dealership did you use? Can you tell me about the cargo net behind your seat?
I ordered mine with perforated black leather with red Alcantara shift and brake boots. I'll post a pic once it's installed among other trim parts.
A:
Spider.....no offense, but is that pink alcantra?

Hahaha, none taken. I like pink, by the way... just kidding. It's actually dark red, the flash was too strong on some of the shots, so the color was a little washed out.

I ordered directly from UK. The contact info can be found in post #21 of this thread. I have not installed the sill pockets yet, but they are shown in post #57, 2nd picture. The cargo net is stock if you have Touring Package.

Has anyone successfully ordered these trim parts via Park Place in the Seattle, WA area? They offer their own trim services as HRM does and I suspect they will push that. If that is the case I suppose I will try the Las Vegas Lotus dealership or go direct...

Hey Spider:
The colours look great. In your last picture under thread #65, on the driver's side sill, what is that metallic apparatus sitting on the sill? Is it a new form of cupholder that I'm not aware of?

Yeah, it is a cup holder. It holds only 12 oz. cans and 20 oz. bottles, though. I bought it at my local tuner shop; one of those Japanese accessories stores...
A:
just saw the interior pics. Looks great. I like the CF seat especially.

Spider:
Can you tell me how that cupholder is mounted on the sill? Is it a permanent thing or can it be removed for track purposes? And where is your local tune shop? Somewhere in Southern California?

It's just ring with inner part being rubber that sticks on the sill. I guess it isn't permanent since you can always peel it off. You don't need to remove it for track or auto-x because it isn't going anywhere. I got it at Super Autobacs:

The only thing is you can't have a drink in there when you are getting in/out of the car. Then again, you can probably stick it elsewhere that's more convenient for you.
