Wow.... I'm actually going to go out on a limb here and say that thing is "not bad". Granted, the styling is over-the-top, but the lines all flow pretty well, and its stylistic elements are consistent, like the fender flares and exhaust cut-outs. The only thing that really bothers me about it is how extreme the rear wing / flap thingy are.

Ugly, but nice craftsmanship. It shows some originality, and for the given design elements, is nicely executed. Note how the rear spoiler drops down to the rear fender flares? Pretty original (not saying I like it though).
One thing I do find repulsive is that they painted the rear brake drums red!

As a purely 'visual tuning' car it's done pretty well. Pity the owner didn't replace the rear drum brakes and tiny OEM front discs with something visually a little more appealing.
