Under my Elise there are three NACA ducts below the transaxle. Two of them have a black plastic duct snapped in place while the driver side opening does not (It's simply a NACA shaped hole in the aluminum). However, it looks to me like there SHOULD be a duct there. Do all Elises have only two plastic pieces, or am I missing one?

You're missing one. Call George over at Lotus of South Bay. He usually has them in stock for a nominal fee. 310 939-1848 or 310 939-1850.
