Check in with your build number, Elisetalk 'handle', and where you are.

Fellow Sport Elise owners:
How many miles do you have on your car? I just hit 1735mi. anyone else?
A:
Only 1,250 so far... after going over 12,000 in the Elise I traded-in.
First track day Oct 6th!
A:
We sold two of them to a pair of friends who live locally.

SportElise #25, In St. Louis, MO. Are any of you going to LOG?
A:
Welcome Ron!
I'm glad to see another autocrosser bought a Sport Elise!! You're a name from the past. It will be nice to bounce ideas back and forth with you.
Are you gonna run ASP with me?
I'm not going to LOG.
AgentTripleX, I was down visiting my Brother who owns the house on the corner of 15th and Castro.. I was getting in my Sport Elise and your clients drove by. I'm not sure they saw me, but wouldn't that have blown their mind!
CHILL,
Have fun at your first track day! BTW, you might want to check your shock settings, mine were all screwy. I don't know if it was from the factory or the guy that corner weighed my car, but all four corners were different. My factory ride height was HIGHER in the front than the rear, this doesnt allow the car to rotate very well. Disregard this if you have taken care of it. Have FUN!
A:
Thanks Mark, Good advice.
I checked the settings about 30 minutes after getting home! I plan to try the LotusSport recommended 'race' settings this weekend first to see how it compares to my old car (that had the Sector111 Ohlins) then tune from there.
I haven't had time to cornerweight my car yet, but that is on the list. It made a big difference in the other car.
Welcome rjflier!

Chill,
How was it?

I've heard that someone in the Milwaukee area has one of them.

It was great! and the set-up that Malcomb sent me from LotusSport was perfect. The car was neutral and I only tweeked the pressures so that they were about 26/29 hot.
I also met #37. Richard was running the same event and lives in Atlanta. It was wierd to see 2 of these together!

It was very cool to se two of the Sport Elises at Road Atlanta last weekend. Good thing they were in different run groups so we could tell them apart.

Mine was the pretty one
Funny thing is that my build number is 11 and I was A11 (randomly assigned) and Richard's build number is 37... and he ran C73... maybe that's why he ran part of the track backwards ... at least in one turn.
A:
very cool Clyde.. By the way, I have your LTD sticker. I need to get it to you next weekend at our Lotus event at Road Atlanta.
