Has any ever need to change the batteries or LED light in their keys? I've tried putting new batteries into mine but the light still doesn't work. Does Lotus make replacement LED lights for the keys or do I need to replace my keys?

Mine works about half the time. Push on the LED area like you are trying to push it into the key. Sometimes this helps. The LED is really a very tiny light bulb and the metal area on the back of it sometimes doesnt come into contact with the metal inside of the key area and as a result it doesnt work.
If the contact is good, then the bulb just might be burnt out and you could put a new one in.
I am guessing that you mean the clear white LED flashlight feature on keys for the older cars. If you are talking about the red LED for something else like showing that you are pressing a button on the fob then I dont know how to fix that.
