The chili is spicy enough on it's own. Sometimes less is more.

This paint scheme is a nod to the Gold Leaf Team colors worn by the F1 cars way back when.

I think the dual color scheme breaks the fluidity of an already eyecatching design.
Less is more IMO.

Body cladding? You mean like this?

I think the black looks meaner

#14 is IMHA outrageous but I bet with the black and tinting it would loooook just as awesome.

my true inspiration. I actually got to drive this van to a cool and the gang concert in 1985.

Of all of them, I like #13 best. Gold stripe.

Try something a little different...

That's what I'm talking about. All you have to do is imagine it one time and the look is ruined, IMO.
The Liger Elise is the best!
A:
I like the grey, but how would it look without the 1" black stripe separating it from the red?
A:
This paintjob makes me feel like the elise can float on water , I don't like it... but If i had to pick one, go with the darker one, with the tined windows.
A:
Go with the black, only use a satin finish like what Serebo1 did. Then use a small line of gloss black instead of that gray. Will look awesome
A:
I like the black bottom better, but I'm not a huge fan of that type of paint. I do like Serebo1's matte/satin black, I'd love to see it in person. I like the "blacked out" look.. black, tint, black wheels, but it could get boring after a while.
If you have some cash to spend... full CF body then do one of these paint schemes! Could leave the "black" part unpainted and the CF look would look killer. Someone here (forget who... green in So Cal) has full CF with it painted dark green, but left CF stripes (unpainted so CF comes through)

I own one of the largest body shops in the midwest. we do some crazy stuff. I have a great carbon fiber guy and might just let him have at it. whatever route I go, I will post pics when done.
A:
neither work for me

Satin grey with no black stripe.
