Weight at each wheel

A&Q about Lotus

Q:
I know many threads have been posted about the weight of the Elise, but I'm not sure if many have posted about the weight at each wheel. My friend just bought some new scales to help set up his car for the track. So I drove over and put the Elise on the scales. These results are with exactly 1 bar of fuel left in the tank. (Sorry, I didn't do it with a full tank).

Left Front Wheel: 377 lbs.
Right Front Wheel: 374 lbs.
Left Rear Wheel: 595 lbs.
Right Rear Wheel: 589 lbs.

Total Weight: 1935 lbs.
Crossover weight 969 at 50.1%

Our car has the LSS and touring pack, and a hard top too.

Sorry for the bad pictures, all I had was my camera phone.

Detail of corner weight

That's pretty good for a car with no adjustment. You should have weighed it with you in it.

Total weight, and crossover weight:

We actually weighed it with my wife in the drivers seat (it's her car) and me in the passenger seat. With us both in there, the crossover weight went to exactly 50.0%!!!

Normally you want the optimum corner balance with a driver only. That's what I would like to see for technical reasons. BTW, thanks for posting a good technical post today in a sea of crap.

Excuse my Ignorance But what is Crossover weigth?
A nice explanation would help

Thanks
A:
That's exactly right where it should be...

1935 + (5/6 tank [54 lbs] for full tank) = 1989

1989 - 25 hardtop = 1964

1964 - 15 touring pack = 1949

1949 + 20 sport pack = 1969... which is the full of gas non optioned weight

Dosen't the sport package drop weight and the touring package add weight?

Sound deadning and the tires/wheel's on the sport pkg weigh less.
