While my Elise was at the dealer for service, they broke off one of my Sector 111 aluminum carpet buttons. I never found the button, it was probably discarded by the mechanic.

Emailed Sector 111 to inquire whether I could buy a single button instead of the standard set of four. Brian from Sector 111 emailed back within a few minutes to let me know they had an extra and would send it free of charge. Not many vendors like this anymore, very impressive!

Yeah so far have had good experiences with them ! Got my car cover, cup-zilla cup holder and trunk liner from them.

K&N is another stand up company, I had a mechanic strip my throttle body bolt and crack my forced air tube, they sent me replacements for free even though it clearly was due to the mechanic not putting it on right and over tightning.

The scary thing about Sector is that they're an engine & chassis away from being a car manufacturer...hmmm

Don't even get me started on those guys. Let's see, ordered a cover from them. Got it in a timely manner. It was better than advertised! What gives?

Ordered up the Larini SE exhaust, the Euro panels for the exhaust to pass through, and a few other bits. They were back ordered. So what do those guys do? They keep in touch and let me know what's going on? What were they thinking? To top it off, I got th stuff in a day or so after they got their shipment, it was exactly as ordered, and they gave me some idea's on how to install it easily. They even took the time to make sure I was getting the right exhausts for the sounds and driving that I do, the good and the bad of it and described it accurately. What the hell kind of service is this supposed to be? Where are the good old days of 'write me a check and I'll get around to giving you what I feel like giving you then go away' that I'm used to? You call THESE guys a vendor? Sheesh.. I feel like we must be going back to the 50's where they cared about customers with that kind of service...

Next thing you know we'll hear a few more compliments about them and then the flood gates will just pour open with accolades. That's all we need...



Btw, they are very VERY dangerous to my checking account..

I agree with everything that's been said. Nothing but good service and innovative products. It's clear that they truly love the Elise/Exige, and care about their customers. We Lotus owners are lucky. It's too bad enthusiasts of every type of car don't have a company like Sector111.

I had a track day on a Saturday back about a month ago. I ordered the 4tress bar and Schroth harness from them on Wednesday late afternoon and I recieved the packaged that Friday morning no extra charge. I managed to install it that Friday night in time for the Saturday morning track day. Sector 111 is P.I.M.P!!!!

They return calls to Canada, they ship to Canada, they even try to speak French with me ! Ils sont extraordinaires !

Nothing but the best from everyone @ Sector 111. They even called to follow up when I bought my raceVIEW's to see if I was the one they accidentally sent the same side mount to (I wasn't) but cool to get the call.

Great Vendor, bought from them twice now and both times were a great experience. Also love their website, easy to navigate well laid out, all the info you need inc. price. Also seems that they are very competitive price-wise.

I agree with Eric here, and everyone else. Shinoo and gang are among the very best in what "customer service" really means. Wish I could afford 'em more.

BTW, you should see the DVD they sent for the LOG 26 ditty bags.

I will buy more from them, it's just a matter of time.

all I know is I am glad they are not in the aqaurium service business in my town.
well run business ,great customer service.
never had a bad experience, and they treat you like you are the only customer they have(which you are most certainly not).
a great example to anyone who is thinking of starting a business. treat customers like sector 111 does, and you are miles ahead of the game.

About 2 weeks ago my brother ordered a showercap for my car for my birthday and was told that it was out of stock and would take about 3-4 weeks to arrive since the color they ordered wasnt in stock.

The other day my brother called and asked if I got it yet since he was told it was delivered. Thats great if they personally called him or gave him a tracking number, since a lot of companies just make you wait. I never use my front door since I go in thru the garage, but low and behold it was there about a week and a half early! Looks like they had the manufacturer send it directly to me instead of to Sector 111 so I got it a lot quicker. It work great and is a perfect fit.

Also got a trunk bootie about a year ago and love it. When Lillie worked their she was in town and showed me how to replace the heardlight bulbs without having to take the wheel off. It is great knowing that the people that work their own Elises and Exiges too and you arent getting some newbie that is clueless about the car trying to answer a question if you have one.
