Q:
Having removed the front body panels nearest the windshield (covering the master cylinder and fuse holder) I noticed each panel has an electric switch actuated by it. The panel depresses the switch when installed and allows the switch to extend when removed.
What are these switches for? With both panels removed I can't identify any actions taken by the switches not being depressed, idiot lights, etc?
