A&Q about Lotus
Q:
I would like to know if my car has been work on with all the TSB from Lotus. How do I find such information. My other question is are all TSB covered under warranty (meaning nothing is charged to the owner when they take it in for service)?
I am thinking of going to get the ring done for my headlight as Lotus doesn't approve it and along with that, to have the dealer to check on all TSB as well.

The TSBs are no-cost items for the continual upgrading of the car -- a good reason to visit the dealer periodically, even if you change your own oil and perform all the checklist items.
The embellisher rings are usually covered. Where are you? Probably depends on whether the usual "ant tracks" have shown up yet on your car. Might also depend on whether the dealer is willing to go to bat for you. Many of us have had ours replaced at no cost. Make sure they get the headlight aiming right...

replaced means the whole headlight housing? I tried 2 dealers, , and they don't go to bat for me. They just want to put the ring in without replacing the whole headlight housing. Maybe because I am new owner?
If that's the case, I am going to schedule one after my track day to have the dealer inspect every single TSBs and change oil + brake fluid.

Sorry, "replaced" was the wrong word. I should have said "installed." No, the headlight units are not replaced. The embellisher rings are added to 1) prevent further "ant tracks" and 2) hide the ones already present.
I don't know of anyone first-hand who has had the headlight assembly (or the covers) replaced.
