Have tried shopping there a couple of times, but since it's Flash-only there's no way for some of us to navigate it. The lotusofgreenwich site has the same problem of course.
Hints to online stores (have seen these issues in various Lotus-related sites): 1) your site should be at least minimally usable without any plugins; 2) it should be easy to make a direct-link to any catalog item for example from a forum discussion; and 3) there should be shopping cart/checkout links on every page.
