Agreed. He works very well to counter Clarkson and comes off as a genuinely good guy. I hope he recovers.

I heard it on BBC 5Live. Didn't say much else other than they were filming for the new series and he crashed, airlifted to hospital, critical condition.

I definately hope he has a full recovery. I've always liked the way Hammond (aka Teeth, aka Hamster, aka Top Gear Resident Elf), May and Clarkson play off each other on the show.
