Keep in mind that the diamond stitching (or the rectangular stitching) is NOT part of the Premium Pack (at least for '06), but is an additional cost (don't know how much, since I didn't get it).

I'd guess its the anchor point for the anti-sub belt.

I went to Lowe's and bought some black rubber shelf liner. Non-adhesive. Works great for keeping things from sliding around the tray.

I bought some of that stuff about six months ago. I finally got around to cutting and putting it in place last weekend.
