Ok, now you hit my hot button.
There is a small Spanish manufacturer I believe selling 1/32 Lotus 38's in various liveries. They are over $100, maybe $150 per car, not per set. Websites call Electric Dreams or Professor Motor should have them.
I do not believe there are any Lotus Elise slot cars currently being made in any scale. I do know of a company in Australia that makes clear lexan Elise bodies to be mounted onto other manufacturers chassis, and I know of another manufacturer that makes S1 Lotus Elise resin cast slot car bodies. Frank Bertrang of Sports Car World (a used lotus parts dealer) and also of Slot Car World (search for either website) used to carry them, do not know if he still does.
Back in slots heyday, Lotus made a good nickel licensing out rights to their cars. Cars that I know of from back then include 1/32 and 1/24 Lotus 23's, 25's, 29's, 28's, 16's, 18's, Type 14's, 30's, 38's, 40's, and later F1 cars. I know of only two Europa slots (other than aftermarket bodies to be mounted on other chassis): Policars 1/32 Europa and Artin 1/43 Europa. Artin also made a 1/43 Esprit. Cragstan made a 1/43 Elan +2 slot car. Major manufacturers included Monogram, Cox, Scalextric, Revell, Auto World, Carrera, Russkit, Strombecker, etc. There were a lot of other slot manufacturers that did not do Lotus cars.
Some of the most valuable collector slots out there are Lotus, so look in your closets (or your dad's): Monogram 1/24 Lotus 38, Scalextric 1/24 Lotus 38, Auto World Brass Lotus 29, Strombecker 1/32 Lotus 38, Cox 1/24 Lotus 40 are all among the most collectible of slot cars, providing they are in very good and complete condition. Complete Auto World Brass Lotus 29's are selling for mid $400's.
Check ebay, key in Lotus Slots...you'll see lots of vintage stuff. It's been a long time though since Lotus licensed any of the current manufacturers to reproduce a current/recent model Lotus. As Larry pointed out, Revellogram is making the Lotus Cortina in various livery. That and the small volume aforementioned Lotus 38 are probably about it right now for currently manufactured Lotus slots.
More than you wanted to know, right?

Search for a 1/32 Scalextric Lotus Indy, it's actually Clark's Lotus 38 but Lotus did not give Scalex permission to use '38'. Lotus yes, 38 no for some reason. Not too expensive when you find them.
Monogram made a really, really nice 1/32 Lotus 33. A bit pricey when you find one in good shape, but it can also be a very good runner when you put some fresh tires on them.
Do an ebay search on Lotus slots, you'll find plenty of older stuff that can still run.
