Those that haven't been there for some months will find that Lotus service is now on the upscale side of the shop with Lambos and Bentleys rather than the former location - with Land Rover
Michael, the Service Manager, was fantastic to deal with.
Also met AgentTripleX who was having her Elise checked out.

I bought my car from BMC...Easily the quickest, most painless automotive purchase I've ever experienced. I've been back for 1k service and twice for tires and never had anything to complain about. Did they still have the Superamerica in the showroom?

I didn't see the Superamerica. I was hanging out in the service area - spoke directly with the tech who was impressed with the mods I've made.
