Real men drive thier elise in the snow well I dont see a problem with it atleast. Ok I'll just drive the mr2 in the snow its not that bad as long as its a midship rwd car you would be suprised how easy it is in the snow.

While at least on brave owner in the Northeast fitted snow tires one season, you have to keep in mind at least one other factor: ground clearance. I backed mine out of the garage for its first snow exposure and quickly made no progress. Seems that a foot of snow has a way of jacking up the bottom of the car so that the wheels can grab the pavement So, a little snow is probably fun, but a lot of snow brings out the saucer-sled edge of its peformance envelope.
