Just wondering what they did about the epiring bumper exeption. I have not heard anything.

If the car is built in Nov then it will not have them. If its built in Dec it will.

I haven't heard anything official, but it's generally believed that there will be a mid-model-year change to address the bumper requirements. The date of that change should be December or so as StillPlaysWithCars says.

I've heard that if the car was "in production" before 1/8 that it would not have bumpers.
