Oh, I should check my mail then... The 10 year policy must be for the Exige.

WTF!!! I have USAA and they swear they can't lower my premiums. Elise is my weekend car with "under 10K" per year and they charge me $200 a month for her. I have no accidents and no tickets (knock on wood). The only thing going against me is that i'm 24.
Does anyone know if throwing a turbo in my car will void USAA coverage? I saw another guy on ET who got dropped from USAA for just asking about coverage for tracking his car!
A:
The most important question for insurance is (if you track your car) whether the insurance will cover your loss during tracking or autocrossing. Most insurance will cover regular everyday use but turn the other cheek when someone claims loss during HPDE
Can anyone answer to that? Has anyone actually claim loss during track event and get their money from insurance?

THAT is a BIG factor .... you will definitely get a higher rate on the exact same car, exact same coverage than someone say over 35

I'm 20, called Nationwide last week and gave a vin of an 05 elise to them, told me 112 a month. 3 tickets(none for speeding...tint, after curfew, disobey TCD) and a minor accident that was $200 in damage. I shoulda just paid him on the spot but he wanted to be a dick....

If you live in California and you don't have WAWANESA INSURANCE, you are wasting money. This comany is the REAL DEAL! Been in business for over 100 years and blows away the competition on rates and service. If you are using any other company, PLEASE get a quote from this awesome company. You will not be disappointed!

Interesting though ... I ran my car through progressive and it came up about $100 cheaper a year than Wawanesa. But that kind of savings sure isn't worth me switching for the fantastic service you get from Wawanesa.
I'm curious to see what my add on Elise on Wawanesa will be compared to Progessive since I am keeping my Z3 as well.
A:
Progressive does a bait and switch, so watch out. They quote you one price online, then when you apply, they send you a totally different (higher) rate.
