For those that like to canyon carve "on the edge" and listen to your exhaust in tunnels, here's where you can do it all at once. The Highway of Death, in Stremnaya, Bolivia:

Wow. how do I get there? And what's the length of the road, and what's the fastest anyone's run it? And have they done it with an Arqray single tip?
A:
That road is cut through the cliff similarly (although less well) to the road heading east out of Zion Canyon in Utah.

My thoughts exactly as I was looking at it.

Maybe Bolivia did it first and then China made a cheaper copy? Everything is made in China these days.

I think you're refering to the Yugnas Road in Boliva. Some of it is not paved and it's a truck free for all - and a free fall. Not a place to take an Elise.

Wow.

That's not a road I want to take in any vehicle. 100 deaths per year, vehicles falling down every week.

i was on a road like that in Fiji a couple of years ago.. In a small rental car with HUGE logging trucks trying to push us over the cliff. One of the trucks we passed (we were on the cliff side) slipped into the run-off embankment on the mountain side and ended up on his side, fully loaded with like 10 tons of raw freshly cut rainforst on its back... Lucky to be alive after that one.
