A&Q about Lotus
Q:
Your hubby really came through with that present! It's perfect. My wife's birthday is the only time of year I get nervous. That's the one day I have to get right!

This is a beautiful gift for several reasons.
It's quite personal
It required forethought as it was custom
It is truly one of a kind
Your husband embraced and enhanced something important to you
Congratulations on having such a great husband and now a wonderful jacket.

I can't believe the copyright infringement came up. This is all I'm going to, and can say on the subject.
Because of the business we are in, owning the only Official Licensed Lamborghini Merchandise Distribution Company in the U.S., we did get special permission to make the jacket because of the connections we have in the Automotive industry. Also, this was not made by a 'a guy', like was mentioned, our jackets are manufactured by a large well recognized and established apparel company who makes only official licensed products for other automobile manufacturers like Ferrari, Mercedes AMG and Ford GT.
Any implication that infringement has taken place is unfounded, unwarranted and unwelcome.
Oh, and by the way, thank you for all the nice comments on the jacket, I love it! Ok, now that's out of the way, let's talk about those matching hot pants
A:
Yeah baby!!!

But seriously, where would one go to get something similar to this made? Maybe someone should get the licensing and whatnot worked out and go to work on this... there's apparently a lot of demand. Especially for ones that match the car. I want one.

And yes, the nanas DO have a chorus line.
Lotus has black leather jackets with the "proper" logo for sale,I know Wallabyguy and Wallabygal both have them, they are nice but,not as amazing as the custom leather jacket that started this thread.
A:
Even nicer that they got permission.
BTW, it's probably Trademark infringement more than copyright.
The whole issue matters because it revolves around the rules for ownership of property. We should seperate the arguments about the rules being right from arguments about following the rules as they exist.

Well, there's money to be spent on turbocharger/supercharger kits too, but it doesn't look like they're going to make them.....
