A&Q about Lotus

So, I know that putting it into 1st when cold can be tough, but how about after it's warm. For me, it's about 30% of the time that it's kinda tough to put the car in 1st when at a stop light, etc.
Is this a or should I have it looked at?
To clarify, it's not super hard, it's just not smooth.

Have your shift linkage checked and use Redline MT-90 for smoother shifting.
