Yep, I saw Dave Simpkin driving an Elise one day and looking at the turn signal half full of water, so Lotus is aware of the problem.

One of my turn signals had condensation in it from day 1 that never seemed to go away. I noted it at first service and Criswell replaced it under warranty.
