A&Q about Lotus

Alright, so me and a buddy, go out for a drive, and I let him drive. after we've gotten in and out a few times, stopping for gas, and lunch etc, upon getting back in, i hear a rip.
My buddies jeans have a stud on them, that has caught on the fabric part of my touring seats, and laid a heavy gash in the material. Not only that, but i guess i didn't notice any sounds from the previous times he got in and out, and there are also a few smaller holes or nicks in the material. All the Leather parts seem fine, but the cloth on the Left side of the Drivers side seat looks horrible.
I'll try to post pics later, but is there anyway to repair this? It looks horrible, and I was planning on perhaps sellin in the spring to get an Exige. I'm sure sellers will frown upon seeing this.

Thanks a lot, I was wondering if anyone had an answer outside of re-upholstering the seat. Looks like I'll have to bite the bullet.
