I did the research. More than 100lbs of downforce at 45mph. I do not care to show you the airfoil simulation SW I used(It was developed by NASA). If you want proof do the heavy lifting yourself and STFU. Sorry, but when people talk straight out of their ass it is really annoying to me.

According to Robert and Randy, who've tried this the Lotus brakes are do not work very well at all w/o ABS(at the limit). Believe me, this was discussed and dismissed based on their experience. We basically tried to drive around it.

The Lotus brakes worked very well before ABS and the 111R
I was having a great time around ZhuHai in an S1 sans ABS...
You guys don't bitch at Lotus about the tires.

There is a lot of difference in impact on the competition between the things you listed and for the brakes to not stop the car.
