With that set up it should be able to keep up with your 350z. It may be the "little brother" but it will hold it's own just fine. How much did it run? Looks like a great car.

Had two Bluebirds in the past "poor mans BMW". Last one was turboed, lowered with a 5 speed use to take on v8's with the right gas in the tank. Your 510 pics bring back memories but the agility, speed and creature features in my new 35 aniversary keep me real happy these days. Enjoy your 510!

I guess I am lucky since I have a 350Z and this 510. I get a kick out of them both since I drive my 510 everyday and the Z on the weekends. Yes it's nice to have A/C, Heater, Power everything (except seats), but there's something about the 510 that brings it all back to a bare bones machine, not a watered down flavor of sorts of driving. Don't get me wrong, I love my Z but I love the feel of the pants the 510 gives off...plus I get so many compliments everywhere I go in my 510. People come out of businesses when I park it and talk to me about it. At the gas station I get at least one compliment or another about it. You don't get that with a new Z anymore...unless you live somewhere where you don't see them very often but here in the Silicon Valley where the BMW is equivalent of a Chevy elsewhere, new cars are not anything too special.
