couldnt find it for certain, but the 18/19 staggered setup on the track is around 19fr/20r and im taking a good educated guess that the other 18's are a few lbs heavier, probly around 24.

well i know the 03-05 tracks are around 18/19lbs and the 03-05 18's are around 25. if that means anything.

If you plan to use the bathroom scale, weigh yourself first and hold the wheel while you weigh a second time, then subtract. The electronic weight measuring devices have variable accuracy, and are better when the weight is higher (because of the greater mass and deflection). This is the same reason why the scale won't weigh under a minimum weight.
