youre most likely paying for the name with the stillen. all it is is a tube and a filter. you could compare the diameter and angle of the pipes but in the end i think they are pretty much the same

Power wise your not going to notice much difference from either. Get the cheaper one.

Its not going to make a difference. The JWT is the same product for less. They work great in the Z32.

i can hear mine whistle even when im not WOT. for example if im in six gear cruising...all i have to do is tap the gas and i hear an orgasmic whistling sound. after about 4 rpms...its a ROAR. before 4 rpms it whistles nicely. some ppl have even mistaken it for a turbo when downshifting. it whistles at the touch of the gas right around 2-3 rpms. sounds so nice. def get the popcharger. the plenum spacer definately helps the jwt.

i believe the only chance of actually intaking water due to CAI is for the filter element to be submerged... so if it doesn't rain often or doesn't rain to excess the either will be fine... if worried get an air bypass valve... but it comes down to (since neither really add noticable power) what do you want to spend?
