I remember when I purchased my '84 300ZX 50th Ann, there apparently
was a settlement with the seats. They were not leather as advertised but
a leather and paper combination. Anyway, what I got was a bunch of coupons which I used to purchase some parts for my 260Z. As I recall it was a total of $135.00 worth of coupons.
However, I can't believe that Nissan would do this to one of the most loyal
auto fans. I don't think even GM would do this to a Corvette fan.
Of course money talks!

Like I said...F*** Nissan. I don't care if I don't get a dime. As much as I dislike attornies, I'd prefer to see a POS company like Nissan get screwed. Before the Z, I owned 3 Mazdas (2 RX's and a Miata), which were put together way better than the Nissan, and I always found their customer service to be fair and responsive. I miss those days!

I understand your frustration and what you're saying. Check out my posts. The latest one was "Nissan Settlement" which is a follow up from a couple of months ago "That's it...I'm done" see what you think and if you're interested, I can put you in touch with the lawyers that helped me. Depending on the problems you've incurred and how often you've had to deal with them, there may be some promise to get Nissan back for the hassles they've caused you.
