hello, could someone please explain how to replace the lower adjusting knob for the driver's side seat. i've ordered the knob, since the present one is scrathed up. i've tried pulling on it, twisting it to the left and right..... any help would be greatly appreciated!!

unfortunately, don't have the manual...

If you're talking about the "thigh support adjuster dial", there's a "snap pin" behind the dial that you have to pull out with a hooked wire.
Go to carfiche.com, download the service manual, and then view the SE.pdf (Seat document) on page 23 for a diagram.
