A&Q about 350Z
Q:
Clever! That was a good one!
My SB ZR still feels like HEAVEN....what a wild ride!

Nice dream. This was the state of mind 6 months ago. We now know it's a design problem. Look carefully at the inside edge of your front tires and look for any creasing in the tread. Then run your fingers over it and see if it's smooth. The alignment will not fix it, just postpone the problem.
The main difference between those that say they don't have it and those that do seems to be driving habits. All of the 350zs, regardless of alignment, probably show it over time.

I am on my 4th set of front tires and 5th front end alignment on three different machines...in 26 months and 26K miles.

I don’t mean to rain on your parade! However, I live and drive in Southern Orange County Southern California. Our highways and roads are the best! We are the top 5% of the nation.
It is a wealthy area with WELL-maintained highways.
Keep reading and you will hear different opinions on why the 350Z’s have front-end flaws.
I do not race my car. I drive it faster than I would a Camry.
I will not sell my car!! Many have and they have Lemon Lawed their cars as well. I love my car and $500 dollars every 12k miles for front tires SUCK, but I can’t see myself in any other car at this point.
No matter how deep you put your head below the sand it does not fix this well-known problem.
I know you don’t want to hear these facts but reality SUCKS! Just be aware of your own car and make your own decision.

So. You tool around in the exclusive county of Orange, driving on the best roads, and you love your car so much you can’t give it up. So what is your point? Why are you complaining? Sound like you’re the one who has his head in the sand.
I too am from the west coast, a little place called San Diego (more precisely, Coronado). Not that I live there now, I live near the Outer Banks of NC where the roads are not the best quality, just free of traffic and I think you know what that means. Life is good boy! We got plenty of money in these parts too, that’s a fact. Too bad reality sucks for you, drive on out here and start living the good life.
P.S.
You are spending too much for tires.
A:
Reality is my point.
I too lived in SD for over 10 years. Roads are in better shape in SOC.
