Might want to check to make sure your passenger side seat is secured. It will knocking around if you dont have it placed in the seat belt clip molded into the panel where the selt belt comes out. Also make sure to check your tire jack & lug nut wrench. They are located in the back right portion of your trunk under the trunk mat. Sometimes if they aren't secured correctly, they klunk around as well.

i had that same problem only it was driving down the street i found out it was actually just the seat belt hitting my pass. side door.
