I have noise coming from my brakes when I am in backing (the rear) and then when I am driving under 40 the front brakes make noise. It' sounds like metal on metal.. is this covered under my warranty???

There might be a TSB for the backing up problem.
My dealer would have covered my brakes if I was under 12,000 miles.
They were fried at 12,600 miles.
I replaced them with Hawk HPS all the way around on my dime.
The Hawks are great brakes. 90% less dust on the wheels.
I have 20k miles on them now

I paid $120 over a year ago.
You need to send them an inquiry and they will quote you a price.
I am not sure about the warranty. I have about 20,000 miles on them.
That's better than I got with the stock pads!
